About this role

As a CT/MRI Tech at CentraCare, you will perform diagnostic CT/MRI images of designated anatomical areas in accordance with established practices and procedures. This role supports radiology and medical imaging needs in a dynamic healthcare environment. Part-time schedule provides work-life balance.

Work Monday-Friday with day and evening shifts, totaling 48 hours every two weeks. Cover every 5th weekend and rotating holidays to ensure comprehensive coverage. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality imaging services.

Grow professionally through ongoing continuing education to maintain ARRT certification. Access pay that starts at $33.62 per hour and increases with experience, up to $50.45. Eligible candidates may receive hiring bonuses, student loan repayment, or relocation incentives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree as Radiology Technologist OR Associate's Degree in radiology
  • Complete ongoing continuing education to maintain ARRT certification
  • ARRT certification in CT and/or MRI
  • Knowledge of CT and MRI scanning procedures
  • Ability to follow established imaging practices
  • Experience with patient positioning and safety
  • Familiarity with contrast administration protocols

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic CT images of designated anatomical areas
  • Perform diagnostic MRI images of designated anatomical areas
  • Follow established practices and procedures for imaging
  • Prepare patients for CT and MRI scans
  • Position patients accurately for optimal image quality
  • Administer contrast agents as needed
  • Review and ensure image quality meets standards
  • Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols
