About this role

We are hiring CT, MRI, IR and Radiographer Techs for various Mount Carmel locations including East, St. Ann's, Grove City and Dublin. Hours and shifts vary with full-time, part-time and casual positions available. New grads welcome with $15,000 full-time and $7,500 part-time sign-on bonuses for eligible hires.

The Technologist performs a variety of procedures within their scope both professional and non-clinical consistent with optimal image quality. Provides patient care and ensures an environment of patient safety. Promotes evidence-based practice, quality initiatives and professionalism within Radiology and Imaging National standards.

Responsible for entering on-line charges in the Radiology Information System (RIS) and accountable for charges per Administrative Policy with high accuracy. Exhibits standards in patient-centered care across multiple sites. Contributes to a safe imaging environment in a Forbes-recognized health system.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program
  • Registered as a Radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Valid State of Ohio Radiological License required
  • For MRI: Registered as MR Technologist (ARRT-MR) or ARMRIT; Knowledge of Cross Sectional Anatomy and Pathology
  • For CT: CT registry preferred; Knowledge of Cross Sectional Anatomy and Pathology
  • For IR: CI or CV registry preferred; 2 years diagnostic radiography experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Effective Communication Skills
