RSU Syubbanul Wathon, a Type C general hospital in Magelang, seeks a Radiographer as part of its collaboration with Nahdlatul Ulama, Syubbanul Wathon Foundation, and Siloam Hospitals Group. The role involves conducting radiographic examinations including conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, CT Scan, MRI, and more to support medical diagnosis. Professionals ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in all procedures.
Daily tasks include checking equipment and preparing radiation protection to minimize obstacles during inspections. Radiographers perform data entry for patient arrivals, confirm examinations with administration, and prepare patients by explaining procedures for their understanding and agreement. They execute exams per doctor's requests while implementing radiation protection measures.
Post-examination, ensure equipment is neat and clean, process Computer Radiography by entering data, editing images, and checking photo quality for optimal results used by specialists. Maintain complete documentation and filing for patient files and operational needs. Collect data and create reports for analysis by superiors or related parties.
In this environment, implement quality and safety service procedures, including attending training and documenting to support hospital-wide indicators and department targets. Work in a collaborative hospital setting focused on medical imaging support. Contribute to operational excellence in radiology services.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (D4) degree in Radiography/Radiological Technology
- Active Professional Registration (STR) from relevant regulatory body
- Valid Radiation Protection Certificate (PPRA)
- Minimum 1 year professional experience in hospital radiology department (preferred)
- Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment including conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, CT, MRI, and ultrasound systems
- Competency in computer-based radiography systems, image editing, and quality assessment
- Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly to patients
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient protection measures
Responsibilities
- Carry out radiographic examinations including conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, CT Scan, MRI, mobile photos, C-arm in operating room, Cath Lab Angiography, and prepare ultrasound per procedures and standards
- Check equipment before inspection and prepare radiation protection equipment to minimize obstacles
- Perform data entry for confirming patient arrivals and necessary data in radiology system
- Confirm examinations with administrative department
- Prepare patients for examinations, including explaining procedures to ensure understanding and agreement
- Conduct radiographic examinations per doctor's request with radiation protection measures
- Process Computer Radiography including data entry, image editing, and quality checking for optimal photos
- Carry out documentation, filing, data collection, and reports for operational analysis and quality/safety support
