This Cardiac CT Applications Specialist role assists imaging partners to optimize their Cardiac CTA equipment and capabilities. It also focuses on imaging center needs for exam upload assistance and report delivery, working closely with all departments.

The hybrid schedule requires reporting to the Denver office 3 days a week and working remotely 2 days. Responsibilities include receiving imaging CDs/hard drives from customers, uploading them, and properly disposing of CDs and PHI. You will communicate with partners to improve scan efficiency through CCTA best practices education.

The team consists of experienced CT technologists specialized in CCTA acquisition and reconstruction. They leverage prior knowledge to help others understand best practices and enhance image quality. Collaborative projects involve people from all departments.

This role offers opportunities to conduct virtual visits, demonstrate Cleerly software, and support platform implementations. Report concerns and process improvements to leadership while standardizing best practices. Minimal travel supports rapid company growth backed by $223M in Series C funding.

Requirements

  • ARRT (CT) required
  • Minimum level of education is an associate degree in radiologic technology (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years Coronary CTA experience
  • Ability to organize and lead virtual training sessions
  • Basic computer software knowledge
  • Hybrid schedule (minimum 60% onsite at Denver office)

Responsibilities

  • Receive imaging CDs/hard drives from customers and upload them into the appropriate organization
  • Communicate with imaging partners to increase efficiency and quality of scans through education of CCTA best practices for scanning, patient preparation and heart rate control
  • Conduct virtual visits with imaging partners
  • Demonstrate Cleerly software to clients and partners upon request
  • Support imaging site implementation to the Cleerly platform upon request
  • Report and document all related concerns and recommended process improvements to imaging sites and core lab leadership
  • Collaborate with other departments to standardize best practices for quality and efficiency
  • Provide coverage and management of the Master list in conjunction with teammates’ schedules
