About this role

The Clinical Specialist understands and addresses clinical needs of customers in an assigned territory. Partners with Territory Managers to demo FUJIFILM Sonosite products, close deals, and ensure positive customer experience. Owns post-sale relationships to encourage adoption and use of products.

Implements products at customer sites and trains users on operation. Manages post-sales activities like adoption encouragement and issue resolution. Supports Territory Managers at installed base sites and identifies upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution
  • RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN
  • RDCS or RDCS eligible; RVT or RVT eligible preferred
  • At least 3 years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGYN/Vascular)
  • Experience in dealing with numerous requirements and performing detailed prioritization
  • Ability to understand both clinical and business needs of the customer and Fujifilm Sonosite
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requests

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Territory Manager to understand prospect’s clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and close new deals
  • Implement FUJIFILM Sonosite products at customer sites and train customers on usage
  • Own post-sales activities to encourage customer product adoption and address issues for positive experience
  • Support Territory Manager by maintaining presence and relationships at installed base client sites
  • Convey overall value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products to users and stakeholders
  • Work with Inside Sales Representatives to demonstrate products in the field when needed
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and alert Territory Manager
  • Provide clinical, technical, and educational support to new and existing customers
